What’s something that would surprise people about your CFO role? "This job is just as much about company culture as it is crunching numbers. When people feel good about the work they’re doing and where they work, it drives growth. Financial strategy and forecasting are obviously critical, but in my opinion, so is showing up at company happy hours, going all out for Trunk or Treat, and joining in on stick horse races for our Kentucky Fried Derby (This year’s race was a photo finish; pretty sure I won!)"
